Variety has just stated that EA’s space pants-crapping simulator is coming to a multiplex near you sometime in the near future. Director DJ Caruso, known primarily for some halfway decent Hitchcock rip-offs (Eagle Eye and Disturbia) starring Shia The Beef is the man in the big seat.

It’s a little early to see where this is going to go, but EA has already kicked off soem kind of inter-studio bidding war for what is sure to be a very scary film. Doubly so if DJ casts his main man Shia.
