One thing I've noticed is that often there are plenty of fallacies regarding the finance institutions intentions any time talking about foreclosed. One fantasy in particular is the bank desires your house. Your banker wants your hard earned cash, not the home. They want the cash they lent you together with interest. Avoiding the bank will simply draw some sort of foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your posting.
