BLAST PROCESSING! Episode 75: Idiomz

It’s a smorgasbord of downloadable titles, mobile apps, and terrible game ideas as Jon, Dave, and Erich slog through the gaming doldrums of August. Games discussed include Civilization Revolution for iPod, Basketball Shot for Droid, Family Feud, Dead Space, and a lengthy review of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game. Plus, the killer iPhone app the world has been waiting for: the Snake Eyes in Drag Dress Up Doll!

BLAST PROCESSING! Episode 45: What Adam Said

baby_shock_bp

Erich, Dave, and Adam cover a lot of video game ground this episode: Dave’s first impressions of the much-anticipated Bayonetta, Adam’s disappointment about delayed Dragon Age DLC, Erich’s downloadable dabbling and love of Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection. One thing you won’t hear is what Adam accidentally said then asked be edited out. How awful was it? You’ll just have to guess. Meanwhile, enjoy this week’s Symposium Ad Nauseum: Babies. Make your New Year’s resolution to listen to this podcast. It’s way easier than losing weight.

BLAST PROCESSING! Episode 37: I’d Rather Be Vault Hunting

vault_bp

Erich, Dave, and Tim tear themselves away from a certain game. On the way to a mega-discussion about said secret game, the boys tackle the other titles they’ve been playing, including Dead Space: Extraction, World of Goo, and Uncharted 2. Following up on last week’s Halloween podcast, Dave and Tim trade picks, giving their respective takes on Resident Evil 4 and Dead Space. This week’s Symposium Ad Nauseum asks the hard-hitting question, “what counts as a vehicle?”

BLAST PROCESSING! Episode 31: Adventures in Text

thy_dungeonman

Erich, Dave, and Tim reminisce about the frustrating days of text adventures as an appetizer to a discussion of modern games including Tales of Monkey Island: Episode 1, Scribblenauts, Halo 3: ODST, Dead Space, and Lost Odyssey. In news, what do price drops, rebates, and bundles mean for the holiday shopping season? And in Symposium Ad Nauseum: throwing heads, guns without bullets, and balls as weapons.
